KANDAHAR, AFGHANISTAN
— Afghans detained by Canadian soldiers and sent to Kandahar’s
notorious jails say they were beaten, whipped, starved, frozen, choked
and subjected to electric shocks during interrogation.Tell me again Mr. Dion & Layton, about how you want our troops out of Afghanistan ASAP?  Seems you can’t make up your minds about whether the Afghani’s are ready to look after things themselves.
