Just need to vent…
In my opinion, Telus is the most F***ing useless, company I have ever run into. My current issue is with their complete lack of support for their mobile phones.
Anyone having to try to figure out a problem can look forward to a 2-3 day response time on $#@^$%# E-mail questions?????? Or maybe you have an hour or 2 in order to sit on the phone for the privelage of speaking with one of their enlightend representatives from accross the f***ing planet!!!!!
I would like to take my phione plan right now and shove it up their fat corporate a****. Way passed time for these c*** suckers to be held accountable for the crap that they sell on the market and hold consumers hostage with their bullsh** contracts and onesided no-service contracts.
