Former Deputy Prime Minister John Manley says Stephane Dion should step down as Liberal leader so a replacement can take charge before Christmas, and prepare for the resumption of Parliament in January.
Writing in Saturday’s Globe and Mail, Manley said "the first step for my party is to replace Stephane Dion as leader with someone whose first job is to rebuild the Liberal Party, rather than leading a coalition with the NDP."
Lets start with Dion has to go… and get someone in there that has a clue like Michael Ignatieff or John Manley.
Then, it is time for the "National" parties which represent the overwhelming majority of Canadians to get it together and work together in administering our country in a positive and constructive manner. In my opinon Canadians have a higher expectation of their government working in a collaborative manner that reflects the diverse nature of us as being Canadian with a majority of the responsibilty laying at the feet of the two primary parties, the Liberals and the Conservatives.
